Indian Citizens ki process very complicated. I am not 100% clear on the process. Overall something like this

You start the application in US

US sends for clearance to India

India lo local police station ki veltuni

Local police have to come and verify at your place in india (aa time lo manam india lo undalo ledo idk)

Clearance vachaka - you schedule an interview appointment with CBP here

then you get the GE and TSA. 

$100 for years is nothing and so many premium credit cards provide that $100 as a benefit. So money issue nee kaadu asalu
