Better to file 485j bro as yours filed perm 140 is based on location after 180days you can definitely work but make sure yiu have 485j filed just to be safe

One thing is for sure, if CO moves dates drastically like they did in 2012, GCs will be issued at random. Whoever has sent medicals will be adjudicated first rather than following the FAD. But since he believes there is a larger share of SO waiting in next FY, he doesn’t have to retrogress dates after aggressive movement.
