- You are vitcim and the crime has been committed against you.

- You know about an offence that been against someone at some point

- You are evidence when the offence is being committed.

In all those three situations, there should have been cognizable offence being committed. Without congnizable offence, no one will register an FIR.  But unfortunately, that so called CID officer has registed the case without a congnizable offence.

I will explain why CBN didn't want to go to the enquiry - CBCID is under state Govt control. The head is some Xian guy close to Jagan. Fake case lo CBN CBCID office ki velthe, they will keep calling him every Friday. Akkada vishayam lekunda every now and then enquiry perutho pilusthuntaru. Then YSRCP Paytm batch will claim that CBN also has cases similar to Jagan and both are equal ani.

People with no knowledge keep claiming that CBN managed to get the stay. Ala ani fake cases velladam enti silly ga.

I read the FIR copy and the case details fully. They couldn't file the case under PC act (prevention of corruption act) because they couldn't find any wrong doing. Loss of wealth or corruption field lo 0Rs ani mention chesadu. SC/ST atrocity act kindha file chesaru. Ee case tho naaku okati clarity vacchindhi. Amaravati issue lo CBN meedha em peekaleru after this case and they couldn't find anything there against him.

why can’t he just go and get the enquiry done.. what wrong why go to court?

Idhi nilabadey case kaadhu ani andariki telusu..  jagga self goal ani first line loney cheppina kada.. stay thechukunda okka 6 months lite thisukoni untey cid ey case close chesedhi or court kottesedhi.. that would have been big embarrasment to jagga. Cbn missed this oppurtunity ani chepthunna.

You are wrong. They don't do. They will keep infroming the court that it is still in progress or we are tied up with other cases we need more time to close the case ani cheptharu. Enni choodaledhu ee YSRCP Govt valla dramas.

99% chepparu ante, stay is next logical step. Stay anedhi courts merit choodakunda ivvavu kadha.

Yeah. Propaganda ni namme bakras vallane problem. But CBN has no other option. If he goes to the enquiry, the case will be kept open without any progress. It gives an opportunity to the YSRCP to claim that CBN also has cases similar to Jagan.  It is silly case. Politics kosam enquiry ki velladam ante adhi drama anukovali. He may have done that if the case being investigaged by neutral agency like high court or supreme court team or CBI. CBCID ante, it is under full control of state Govt.
