Relocating to North Carolina Help

Hi we are relocating to NC ,  holy springs and apex are close by to the work place 

which are the best schools , good places to buy house and what is the average cost of the house , want to stay closer to good indian community 

 

Also is there any chances of real estate appreciating , want to buy few rental properties , any chances of big companies coming to NC

We are actually moving from NC to Texas . Apex is a good area .

Unfortunately it will only climb...but might collapse after 3-4 years by next election time
