Everyone has bajana batch but sucessful party leaders like to know feedback through non bajana sources . 

In TDP the only one who could give honest feedback was jc Diwakar , but no one cared . 

Sonia gandhi is also surrounded by bajana batch who are outdated and are only looking to keep their power within party , look at the state of congress now 

BJP leadership is very shrewd , they have multiple sources of feedback and go with whatever works like communalism or development or anti corruption . They know the public pulse very well.

ycp are kind of new, so more info needed  . KCR tries to get feedback from surveys and tries to adjust . After re Election they have he has taken it easy

Idk why he insists on suicidal moves for the party , a person who has lost six times consecutively is a huge liability for the party . Vadi  chesina corruption ki sympathy kooda ledhu

He should not be involved in any public politics anymore , if chandrababu really likes him he can work on the backroom politics , internal party organisation , etc.
