bro I wish it is not scam but check the website , for me too many red flags in 2 min  ....  when you buying from unknown websites .. check for google trusted stores (some where bottom google show verified mark full list - https://trends.builtwith.com/websitelist/Google-Trusted-Store ) so you can at least claim from google if something wrong ...

I hope you pay with paypal at least to dispute charge if not immediately do that in your credit card so they reverse charges once payment processed ...
