Last week I bid for a house in Atlanta, first day of listing. Someone outbid me by 30k, the house got sold for 50k more than it's list price at 750k

Mostly 5-10K increase avuthunnai.. if the property is too good.. if not, they are going for listing prices... New home constructions ithe every week increase chesthunnaru prices..

Chester springs, PA. House listed for 675k. 20 yr old house. Went for 735k. Current Owner is going to live in the property 4 months after closing without paying any rent. On that condition only owner accepted the offer

i see one property assesed for 199k in 2019. 

right now that house is on sale and asking price is 489K.
