• Panchami Lands are Cultivable agricultural land given by British Govt in 1892 to Scheduled caste peoples that can neither be sold nor re-classified.
• Prior to Murasoli Office there was Govt run Adi Dravidar Students Hostel , that itself is a testimony that it belong to Govt land and was related to lands that come under Depressed Classes Land Act.
• It is untrue to say that there is no Panchami land in Chennai City limit , Original Gazetted document clearly identifies those lands as Panchami Land.
• Cover Up statement of Nungampakkam Tashildar needs further investigation.
• Sale deed produced by Stalin clearly mentions it as Royatwari Land that means it was land that was issued by Govt.
• VCK Leader Thirumavalavan too once accused that Anna Arivalayam , Murasoli Office and LIC building all comes under Panchami Land.

That's why the charge by BJP/PMK on this issue is just political theatre and has no basis. There's no way anyone can prove that the land on which Murasoli exists is panchami land.
