average cost per sft to builder comes around 2000 rupees sft, depending on various input factors. higher number of floors, higher is the cost. Plus, iyalrepu bhumi dhara addagoli ga perigindi kabatti inko 500 rupees per sft land cost, inkoka 200-300 per sft interest esukovachu...
