Any suggestion on charlotte location, price and which part of city is good to buy house. Let me know any preferable communities and realtor information.

Based on my research,Charlotte is one of the best place to live.

If you want to live North side of Charlotte aim for Concord NC , Allen Mills is the community name.

if you want to live in south side Charlotte. Consider being in South Carolina, it’s a border.

Cheaper fuel, lesser property taxes and slightly lesser home prices. Also groceries will be cheaper in SC.

Look into Rock HIll neighborhood, already Tega Cay and Fort Mill manollu fully occupied

Most of the corporations and clients there are based in the Finance industry, so if you lose your job or are trying to find sponsorship it will be harder to do that in Charlotte. Otherwise, it's a great place to settle down.
