Most of the builders, investors or individual buyers acquired land, plots in and around Hyd almost till RRR area by now at a reasonable price or a bit premium in the last 3 years. No one will sell their land for lesser price, and in case plotting/venture esi sale price kuda as per their land purchase price and development, so price thakkuva ku ammaleru. Workout avuthe easy double. I know few people for whom it worked. But also know few people who gave money 2-3 years and projects are yet to start

I had a house which I sold in 2014...I bought for 6 lakhs and sold for 17 lakhs..I was happy with it though..
