No one can answer correctly . Right now the rates are high all over India .  

Are you sending money from US ?  Do you expect the dollar to weaken ? Will the rupee fall ? 

Do you need a house to live in urgently ? If not you can wait , renting is much cheaper .you can  get a 2 crore apartment as low as 40k per month .Apartments don't appreciate much  anyway .
