IRA account open cheddam anukuntunna...better mana checking accounts bank lo open cheyadam better ah or any other company who pays Interest ? Any suggestions...

Are you opening ROTH IRA or Traditional? It doesn't matter where you open the account. If you want to keep it as a cash without investing those in stocks or ETF, I suggest to go for Vanguard. They give better interest rate than others.
