How can the black money conversion be the thing related to Distribution mate? 
Say if a distributor who has to convert black into white has some 100 Cr black money. He will buy the rights for say, 125 Crores inflating the actual cost of distribution from 25 Cr to 125 Cr. And then he will show a collection of 120 Crores even though the film collected only 20 Crores thus converting 100 Cr into 100% white plus 20 Cr actual returns. Even though he looses 5 Cr in net, he has converted 100 Cr into white.

Is that what you are telling?

If thats the case, read once again the above para and find how many dangerous pot holes are there in that. You will get caught by IT at any stage wiping out all 100 Cr.

If there is something different lets know.

you have very high expectation of IT in india...  fake collections are part of this ... it is siphoned off at each level - area distributor to district to theater owner...

Then why do not these distributors put money on TarakRatna/KalyanRam/SnakeChai/Akhil's movies?

If black to white conversion is the only motto, then the heroes in that list can convert whole Black Money in India to White in just a matter of 1 year.

there is black money for their movies also, at a smaller scale. in your math, you put 100C conversion - it won't happen like that - more like 20 to 50%... 

if not for black money, 90% of the movies are flops. there are many movies which are released but you haven't heard of , heck even movie sites won't even write or review them... at least 1C to 2C is spent for a movie... what you think is happening?

I am not totally denying your arguments, you too seem to have a meaningful thing. But dots are not connecting.Anything can happen with this IT department. I know for sure.

But with this big heroes, things will be much worse, contrary to what you are arguing. For sure there will be good amount of collections which will further alleviate the producers problems and work against their motto.

Inflating any heroes movies, big or small have their own problems. I can see small heroes can be used very much for this purpose. You can make 10 films each with small heroes and inflate expenses and with absolute ZERO returns, whole bunch of black into white.....just my thoughts.
