Friends, please give some ideas to reduce back pain. postures and supports for reducing pain

During school times, Mana PT sir cheyinchevallu...

Long hours school bench lo sitting tharuvatha.. might look funny.. But best excercises for muscle relaxations and Backpain therapy..

Bro Vadu aa asana ee asana edo anadu ani trainer help lekunda eyaku inka pain elevate aytadi.

I had the same issue few years back. It's all about work life balance.

Start walking everyday, oka firm foam roller konuko on amazon try to use it every day. Ice apply chey

inka unte chiropractor vellu vadi Physical therapy unte chepichko you can manage them

naku slipped disc unde 1 year physcial therapy chepichkuna after that ipatki ostadi pain oka yoga mat, foam roller na life savers. aa rendu lekunte na day gadavadu.

option 1: walking

option2: neku exercise istam ledu kabtti.. pain killers .. sammaga kurchoni.. vesuko.. 1 yr lo  health motham  sankanakipotundhi bcoz tablets ..

 

 

conclusion: so .. don't think shortcuts/lazy options.. only walk /exercise /yoga..
