even before the recent fraud in news, had a suspicion on them and wanted to make sure if data handled is secure and not shared 

their employees openly tell you clearly we do not care for our customer 

 

All the people who file with them, their data is shared with other filing firms

This year tons of desis are having problems. Someone already filed the taxes and took the refund even before the actual person filed..  These fraudsters are getting the stimulus payments as well..

These DESI tax filers have made it a game and its big time to stop them from doing further business playing with Indians who work hard in USA to earn the money

saw during work, downloaded all the year documents from IRS website but some types of documents are only available for 3 years
