And common trend emi observe chesina ante...all the people whom Google is hiring now aren’t really from FANG background or any other major firm...mostly consulting la pani chesinollani on board chesinaru...

Google products motham ide trend...since the pandemic began, I myself saw at-least 500 people joined and all of them less than 2 years exp and common thing is that they had their background in consulting..

Google expects their level 3 folks to do bulk of their coding. As you go higher up the ladder, your work would be split between design and code, incrementally favoring the former. Same is the case with most faang. That’s probably the reason they are trying to hire L3’s or hire and  downgrade folks from other companies.

Yea can confirm personally. Joined fresh out of Uni few years back. 9 months tharvatha left as i couldn't deal with gujju politricks. Joined a startup after tht and got my career back on track.
