If coming to the US on F1, this video is useful. If coming to the US on H4, those videos are useful. Being on H4 is stressful and depressing with little to no social life, so those videos are useful for H4s to come out of depression.

In two sentences, she was on H4 for 12 years, was not able to work despite being qualified. She really wanted to make a career, but couldn't because of her visa status. Finally, she was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. She says it taunts her everyday when she is called "a dependent" for 12 years, but after she was diagnosed with cancer, she really became dependent. She says H4 visa is a curse.
