And those types are exactly the ones that pay huge fees for pg seats . 

We are being misled by govt that only few thousand people out of 140 crores are eligible to do PG in medicibe .  

Atleast few million people are capable enough to do so but we lack resources to do so , and on top of that we have a medical college cartel that will not add more seats as it will hit their bottom line

What I meant was govt needs to invest more into those seats . Education is not a sector for profit institutions should not be alloweds
