Washer lo shrink avvavu dryer lo avuthai. Always hang dry your clothes.

brand ithae thopaa....lol all made in India or Mexico or china...sometimes other east Asian countires...name tags different that's all ....so all shrink so carefully wash

cold wash and tumble dry/low heat dry....

They are polyester and that's the best material to work out in. 

Cotton T shirts lo never do work out or running, the sweat won't wick off your body
