Bro, I come from a non-it background and worked in the US for 5+ years and left the US due to bad job market. For the last 4+ years I am working in the IT field, started as a Data Analyst, Python Developer and Sr. Software Engineer in Cloud now. Got a offer to work in the Dallaspuram, but I have a stable job and life in India now and making some 26+ Lakh in Hyderabad. After this offer, I am in confusion how to take forward this offer with better rates. I don't want to make a dumb move, I know about this DB and have seen really dumb people. but I believe it's nothing wrong in gathering as much as information. what do you say?

No myaan, I never target anyone personally, only some hardcore Pulkas and Jaffas who argue people on the Earth are living only due to CBN and Jagan respectively.

All the best for your career and congratulations for getting up to this stage especially from a Non-IT background. Thats tremendous achievement.

bro. my honest best best advice is stay there. Golden days and that American Life is gone ages back. Try to get into a top company in Blore or Hyd. Pay scales are very good now. and you can work for any damn company . You will just around immigration all prime ages once you here in US

I agree with that, also have to consider that I am in mid 30's and not sure how much I could pull it off with the stress levels. Even though my past title was Python Developer, all of my work revolved around deep learning since it was computer vision start-up. I don't say that I am expert at Computer Vision but can manage given an opportunity as as data scientist. Could code well but not as an expert. Thinking of coming to the US since it is age of AI/ML. Also I could leverage my cloud experience.

All this is going to how much stress levels I can take. Even though there is lot of AI humbug in media glare, UBER has laid off its entire AI staff in Denver last year. Also you would have to pass DS&Algo interviews to get good bucks/rates in AI/ML domain. But If I settle for cloud dev role, stress would not be that much compared to AI/ML, but rate wise I would have to compromise and that's the reason I wanted to see the best rate possible in the mentioned role.
