BB are strictly under "Block buster" category of movies....Mission impossible, James Bond, Marvel Cine universe, Spider man etc... don't search for story etc... they are big budget movies - draw all kinds of audience (ex: even the ones who only watch 1 or 2 movies a year).

Khaidi 150 - entire credit goes to T-mobile 2$ ticket. 

It was lukewarm till 4PM on premier night..  on buzz, nothing. 2$ ticket spread like wildfire on whatsapp and it collected 1M+ this news spread to india and every one assumed it is great movie...

 

Somehow mega heroes are lucky - this movie would have been a utter flop - instead it became a money spinner

india lo kooda t-mobile $2 ticket icchara baa...I know that definitely helped it here in US...but majority collections india nunchi vacchayi...akkada kooda collections vacchayi antey...only reason chaala ella tharuvaatha chiru ni on screen medha choodataaniki..

 raccha, sarrainodu, balupu, power, yevadu,maharshi, ismart Shankar, Vijay gadi athi movies with atlee 😂😂, venky mama, Jai lava kusha,gunde jari gallanthayindhe abbo chala unnayi le list. 
 

apart from that I like few movies which are disasters at boxoffice . 1, khaleja, Saroccharu, vedam, dear comrade etc

I agree with all - not sure about sarochharu. 

dear comrade -most of the movie is poetic and cult level. i know why it didn't do well at box office though -  it is supposed to be women centric movie "dear lilly" - just like pelli choopulu is all about actress and her ambitions, here Vijay role is side After AR, they fiddled with his role and tried extending his role. didn't fit.

Naaku kooda. I think eega is a better film technically
