It’s more metropolitan and diverse in the case of opportunities. Having a connection expedites your search but You can still survive regardless. It’s not the same when it comes to Telugu dominant cities like Dallas and other.

Ee lekkanaaa naaku Dallas lo job ravadam ante dream ee.... manaki no connections and I’m not armpit licking batch...

Change your perspective about this. Detach your negative emotion and try to look at it through holistic perspective. You are a professional and networking in any way shape or form is very vital for your growth

If you are too resilient and unwilling to adapt then it’s your call. But remember this. Telugu tejalu are hijacking the tech sector. It’s going to get only worse. ATB

Change is happening. It’s not always fair. One should accept the change and adapt accordingly. That’s the primary survival instinct.

but old habits die hard. I understand your point as well baaa. 👍

For Data Engineer/Data Architect roles ki Philly area nunchi Dallas ki move avvadam career point of view - which is better in jobs for a H1B + EAD guy ?

H1B status thone Jobs ravali ante Dallas ok vuntundha ? considering more influence of desis connections, consulting companies etc

(Philly area lo kante definite ga Dallas lo full of referrrals lo jobs ayipothayi market loki raavu kada)

So, connnection antha ga leni vallaki Dallas ki move ok na ?

suggestions please.

Thanks.

Reason to pick TX?

TX housing is becoming costlier, not economic like last decade. Job market is limited and filled with desi management..
