Chandal binamis full money is in Bramaravathi if he let it go it will cost him and his binamis big time. Biggest blunder he did in recent past is not to take all stake holders into account in building such city. He only focused on hitech city model where his binamis buy land ahead of time and he will declare the project and make money 10-50x.

Each district local bodies owe 200-300 crores to distribution companies .

First of all all the infrastructure projects were centrally funded from vijaywada flyover to tirupathi flyover (TTD 70%) to even village roads . State govt oka amaravathi thappa ekkada emi karchu pettaledhu . show me a single project entirely funded and finished by CBN ,  only pattiseema project .

Towns lo emkada state govt rupayi pettaledhu , pushkarala kosam 6000 crores thagalesaru for temporary arrangements .

I don't blame him freebies + salaries + pensions ki antha money ayipoyindhi
