Question about divorce

best way is after marriage just close all holes man. kids pudataru and then husband wife wont talk much. they will only talk with kids.

divorce separation all look fancy to hear but its a ton of time effort emotions and paper work to go through. You will just waste valuable time ante

Depends on your state laws.. a state lo vunnavu??? In some states Ex-parte divorce is allowed. Try to post the same on avvo.com , some professional lawyer will answer for free

Oka acquaintance of me gave divorce in Indian court only. He gave his statement through video call. Not sure how judge allowed

Oka Telisina athani  case lo differences came from first day 🤷‍♂️ like OP. Usually ee cases lo girl has love story forcible ga marriage chestharu. in less cases abbayi has love story.

Parents ki NO cheppadam or frock off ane dhairyam lekapothe they need to suffer. Hard way to learn lesson they now come under divorce category

If you take divorce from USA without spouse consent, if your wife contested this in Indian courts you will be asked to come to India even if you don’t go to India now you will be on watch and your passport will be consficated when u go until the case is resolved. Try to solve amicably. Indian police and courts have more apathy towards NRI marriage issues
