avi anni mee manager meeda depend ayyi vuntayi bhayya. Mostly good ee vuntaru, here and there galeez gallu vuntaru. Top tech companies lo (based on my experience and my friends experience) rip off la emi vundadu ani naa feeling. Good Tech companies lo you will make more money (at least in bay area). just come out of that fear and try. You will definitely make more money in your field. Finally don't blindly believe anta.com news.

Bhayya just my opinion...Company initial stage lo vunte good to take more stocks. But big companies lo neeku ekkuva scope vundadu package manamu adiginattu adjust (like increase base...decrease stock) cheyyaniki. again these are just my opinions.
