30*40 site la 4 floors 1.3cr if your giving it to rent I would recommend doing minimum interiors

Minimum 10 cents...

Depending on the place permits upto g+5 and can be manageable

5 floors × 2 flats(3 bhk) per floor 

Cement and Iron direct from suppliers like VSP plant, tata steel, ultratech or kcp can save you dealer ship commission..ready mix concrete kooda date and time chepthey vaalla vasthaaru slabs lepe time ki...

Doors and windows "tara pravesh"

Minimum 5-7cr balance available ga undetlu choosukunte better or to plan BDB loan...

Interiors ki lot of startups untaayi...which are willing to work to prove...we can give a chance to them...or leave the flat as is for the occupants for their customization....

U just need to plan and coordinate...

G plus two in 350 square yards, ground floor two single bedroom and remaining parking, first floor lo triple bedroom ( maa Koraku) , second floor lo two double bedrooms and a pent house on third floor, 5 square yards setback ga vadhilinam, motham kharchi with interiors was around 95 lakhs...this was in 2015, ippudu easy ga 1.5 avvochu...

1.5 crore budget anuko. Oka 50 cash and remaining loan itey. Loan emi for 1cr monthly will be 60-80k in sbi or other banks in India. 

Vachina rents emi key pothay. Depreciation add chesko, monthly maintenance, house tax, etc additional 

Overall ga pedda bokka.

mem sides 8.5 front 10ft vadilam. usually 4 is enough anaru, but rules-quality ani following.

Rental market is down now. Not much movement with WFH’s/school closures  in cities.

if you want to build and sell its going to be good. Land price 10 cents ~ 3 cr construction cost 2.5 total 5.5 cr investment  you can get 10 apartments 75lakhs each 7.5 cr. And pent house for you for free.

Rents don't cover EMI at all , asalu apartments EMi petti endhuku rent ki ivvadam ?  

US is better in that regard rents do cover monthly expenses

Better buy empty plots or villas , atleast it will appreciate unlike old apartments .
