h4 status on h1 employer change?

I have situation where current employerA  tho h1 and h4 is approved till 2023.... now employerB filed only h1 not h4 he is giving reason that if h4 is approved till 2023 why do you want to file h4 again just h1 is enough anutunadu... edi enta varaku correct... let say my employer A revoke my h1 what happens to h4

As long as you can maintain H1 status, H4 is valid. H4 is not directly linked to Employer, but to the primary H1.

Correct.

as long as you primary applicant maintains status till 2023 H-4 is good
