these jokes are something we hear a lot common among frnds....mee vishayam lo theliyadhu but naa group lo ilanti kullu counters/satires/dialogues etc vesetodu okadu untadu....and there are couple of them who does similarly but more like trivikram type of counters (these guys are from Bhimavaram area, so may be ah influence anukunta)....but regardless, andaram edo oka situation lo ilanti kullu dialogues vadulutham...sometimes ppl around us laugh (baaga panduthadi), or sometimes edo simple ga smile.....ee movie kuda anthe..very close to our daily life.
