Being a telugu I dont want to say it, but nuvvu edi ayithe pipeline annavo chudu from AP to America that is "student visa" and foriegn universities, to be honest we used to scam it with fake documents, later visa officers started  catching it

after 2000s slowly things changed less no .of students studied outside compared to earlier days after ysr time inka reduced

We still have thousands of people migrating to other states . It never stopped.

I dont know whether there is scam or not. I personally havent see any scams.

It is simply the demand that is generated in telugu students and craze for enginnering. Every upper caste telugu guy  (who are something like 20%) wanted to do only enginneering if not medicine (wherre supply is much tighter). TN never had such demand. Even IIT madras was flooded by telugu guys with a lot of jealousy in TN brams.

it is ofcourse not fully due to sendraal. Craze for technical education started in coastal andhra first after farmers started making enough surplus from agriculture. It was there even before TDP was formed. Then TDP spread it to all parts of state.

sendraal valle ani antha feel endhuku avvuthav. Nobody is asking you to show gratitude to sendraal or anything. But his role in promoting IT which impacted so many peopel cannot be discounted.
