I enquired prices in Kadapa , kurnool , tirupathi , Nellore , Bhimavaram . 

All these places had substantial increase in real estate prices not due to Sheem but due to the excess liquidity in the economy.

Even Chennai whose rates usually don't fluctuate much had a significant hike.

Thier feelings are correct. Though sometimes those feelings make them say extreme points. Why should they tolerate a party like TDP where top positions are all reserved to one family/one caste. Thier anger is legitimate and deserves respect. I also agree with them.
