w.e.f feb 21, only death in family ki exemption allow chesthunaru. how to fill that now. tomorrow flight pls suggest

No way bro ... I even talked to the consulate general and they are not considering anything other than death... Try Carbon Health... You can get RTPCR result within 12 hours ... And fly

Get a negative COVID test done..carry the report with you. 
 

even if you don’t, carry a fake negative report...no one will ever see the originality  of the report.

Worst case, if you done have..have $50 and say ‘Kuch jugad karo na’

Inka worst case, airport ka kusapetti test chestharu...oka 1-2 hours.

By the way, if you taking a transit flight then Del/Hyd/BOM la kusapetti mari test chesi pamputunaru...

Fill out the self declaration forms. Get a covid negative test from Walgreens or citymd. Even the one hour tests are okay if you don’t have rtpcr. You will get tested on arrival anyway. They will stamp you as home quarantine; within one day you will get the test results from the airport. If it is negative, you can move around.
