my problem is, almost all movies are crap. They are making easy money by making crap. so they should be taxed.

I downloaded 4% of the movie Uppena.. dark filter title shot lo. lol.. malli sukumar writing ani cheppi edho prema meedha oka vyakyam. ento veellu veella cinemalu.

Why 21? That is 3 years more than the voting age. Ante any talented girl has to wait until 21 - lose opportunities etc?

Age of consent used to be 16, but I read somewhere that it was raised to 18 for women in india.

Beyond that comment, I think the rules are not that clear in india. Maybe voting age(assumed maturity) should be the minimum age . Inkaa penchithe many artists will be at a disadvantage because age goes against them.
