Funny thing he spent 2000 crores on Godavari , 4000 crores on krishna pushkarams to be only remembered for the 30 deaths . 

The only remnants of those pushkarams are some roads and dipilitated , broken mess of ghats.   

KCR only spent 500 crores for both and spent 3000 crores in yadadri. I remember some NRI's mocking KCR having a rich state but unable to do a grand event like Andhra , absolute morons

Chandal is not a visionary he is just a propaganda artist made look like visionary by pacha media. He is the worst politician in India history.
