Like I don't want to demean anyone or anything , Andhra Pradesh as a political entity has been a failure , almost on the level of bimaru states with the exception of Hyderabad  . 

If doesn't make any sense to keep it together after so much failure. 

Union territory experiment will be nice , we don't want anything from other region .

Andhra pradesh as a political entity never enjoyed any soverignity/ It was part of GoI. And as compared to other states run under GoI it is generally seen as prosperous and well managed state. so you cannot judge andhra as political entity without judging india too.

Bro i dont know what your idea of development is but TIrupati had some of the best infrastructure (funded by TTD which is run by GoAP). IT had underground drainage in 80s itself when even large parts of VJW or GNT did not have. The renigunta airport(before it was enlarged) was bigger than the tiny vjw airport.
