Qatar is operating.  Travel restrictions ante PCR negative unte quarantine exempt. Cases are on rise in India so check if anything changed in last one week.

Qatar direct ga India ki lekunde last week. It will drop you off in dubai. From dubai you have to take emirates or fly dubai.

Still flights schedules are showing in booking sites. Not sure whether yo book or not

Qatar never flew directly to India. A quick stop over at Doha ...Not Dubai.

You can travel with qatar airways and there are no restrictions on the travel. Only thing is you need to carry 2 copies of Covid negative PCR test results and 4 copies of self declaration form generated from suvidha website. Once you land in Hyderabad,they will verify above mentioned documents and do the Covid test for which you have to pay arnd INR 1450. Don't forget to carry above mentioned documents else you will be stopped by the airlines in US.
