Peter123 Posted April 15, 2021 Report Share Posted April 15, 2021 first thing - status BUSY, dont put do not disturb, Second - anything that you know or aware, just act like That you don't i mean for instance you have your task, and you keep focus only on your task, some other task discussion pops up, you dont react to the new task that much even tho you're very well aware of it, cos if you react and discuss about it, you're gicing a clear signal to management that you can do it, and they'l just rely on that task on you, cos you showed up that you have knowledge on it and can do it. Simple keep calm and focus on your task. At the time of commitments only commit 6 hours a work only, so that you will not be over burden, Even tho you can finish the task in 2-3 hours, commit it that you need 5-6 hours, extra buffer time.
