last yr ee time ki India lo strict lockdown unde...thondara padi oka koyala, munde koosindhi annattu, ah lockdown edo ippudu pettunte bagundedi....ippudu malla lockdown ante, daily labours and lower middle class racha racha chestharu....public unrest pakka...on top of it, huge financial burden on already crushing economy.

no govt can do anything....public ki undali min. sense....and India lo 99% vallaki undadhu

Fact: Ippudu spread aithunna virus is mutated one, which is more dangerous in terms its ability to enter the body easily, multiply faster and still be unrecognized by our body. Thereby, comparatively immunity ekkuva compromise avvadam, ekkuva spread avadam. And being a new variant, don’t know to what extent the existing vaccines will work.

B. Throat pain- warm salt water tho gargle cheyadam
C. Any kind of kashayam/ drinks
D. Oxygen levels kuda important kabatti-  Kudirthae breathing excercises cheyadam like pranayam.
