medical infra cannot be built in a year aa..em matladtunav uncle..china built it with in weeks...at least is there an effort?

Be honest india is not in same league as china . Central govt did not even increase any allocation for medical sector except vaccination costs. 

Some States are borrowing money from banks to pay for extra covid costs while some states are just covering up numbers because after one year no one will care about fake numbers .

Bihar with its 10 cr population has only 300 k cases and 1600 deaths from covid . Going by official numbers bihar healthcare and administration is world class far better than kerala but you and me know the reality is otherwise
