Should be ok baa as there is less racism in uk, you ll survive..

europe mottjam racism, I worked there, if you really look for job they expect u to be citizen in the European countries or learn their language must.. 

i would say better to move to country where they show equal opportunities for IT jobs than looking for their economy..

Example: UAE has good economy , it doesn’t mean that our Indians are becoming richer there.

Process iethe simple. Kani sponsorship dorakatam simple kadu. 

Company need to sponsor. COS ani untadi. Tier 2 sponsors can only issue that. Once you have COS and offer letter process is straight forward. Maintain funds for 30 days and apply for visa.
