Am the Classic example for Loss my rent... 70 % dropped from my monthly rental property from Gachibowli area and its almost one year ..and i cant see any recovery in near future with present situation in Hyd/India.

IT areas lo definitely rents meeda koncham effect vundi. With so many vacant apartments available.  

my cousin owns multiple 3 bed room apartments in gachibowli area. Okko bed room separate gaa rent isthey ekkuva rent vasthadi ani bachelors ki isthadu. Last year nundi majority vacant.
