hiranandini anukoni 60ft road meda plot vundi 270 sqyrds , okadu asking for 25k. Ammacha or next 2 yrs lo gattiga appreciate avutunda ani thinking. On the same road hiranandini vadu 27k ki phase3 released now. 
 

Railway track opposite side aparna vademo 40k ki selling. Underpass padithe Idi kuda 35 easy emo in 2 yrs.

kaliga pedithe kabja lu emanna avtaya 😂

Gated community to evvaru kabja chestharu bro, no worries unless its vacant land.

Coming to the selling/holding issue, inni rojulu hold chesav, i guess almost 2 years or more than that anukunta. Hold it for some more time, no more land is available in and around financial districts , migilna chinna chinna chunks lo high-rise permission thechukuni 30-35 floors kaduthunnaru. The only option left for the people looking for land/property is mokila/shankarapally(due to 111 GO from gandipet to till mokila), and patancheru/old-mumbai highway. But Shankarpally/mokila to kokapet/financial district/gachibowli drive is easy, traffic less.

I'd suggest hold it unless you badly need money now or have any deal to buy like agricultural land and falling short of money for that, or you've another better investment opportunity.

E money tho Ekkada outskirts lo acre polam kuda radu. Vachina nri land ani kabza avvachu. I think better to keep this one. 
 

Idi west facing , ammesi east face ide rate lo dorikithe tesukunte better emo ani chustunna. But this one is on 60 ft road.

west facing vasthu perfect osthadhi bro. There will be always takers for west.

ha if you don't have any other investment plans, then holding this is better, guaranteed returns and safe investment as well. Akkada Underpass ki budget sanction ayindhi and it has focus by the govt, e 2 yrs lo appreciate ayinadhanikante next 2 yrs lo you'll definitely see good appreciation, easy ga 35.
