India is federal country unitary in spirit, centre has no control on states and vice versa.. Union list, state list, concurrent list, different subjects different govts kindaki vastai... So US la states mida absolute control centre ki undadhu, we can say 40% control untadi, Modi vachina tarvtha adhi 60% anukovochu..., some states listen, some states don't care

First wave handling ni criticise a cheyaledu. Asal. I was supportive of the complete lockdown in fact, even if many didn't. Kumbhmela matram they shud have taken some strict measures to avoid gathering at all like order the state govt to cancel the event and imposing complete lockdown(at least strict in travel restrictions)Isonti tourist destination asal open kuda unchaddu.
