1. Speed up AOS processing to utilize all available Greencards: Use previous Biometrics, remove interview requirement, distribute cases in a way that all processing centers have same processing times (immigrants are effected based on regions)
2. Auto renewal of EAD & AP (related to AOS) until Greencard approved
3. Provide EAD & AP for those with approved i-140 as the 'quotas' are only for Green cards
4. H4-EAD - Approve new application within 30 days. Online Auto Renewal within 7 days.
5. Visa stamp within USA at USCIS offices - no reason to force immigrants to travel outside USA
6. Auto renewal of H1B after i140 Approval.
