One more question my husband got RFE for submitting “non-availability of BC” but he is having hard time getting it instead he can now get BC itself . Is it advisable to submit BC now as in initial filing we submitted the secondary document like affidavit from mother n relative and secondary school certificate for BC proof

i got 485 RFE RFE stating "Supplement J is missing applicant signatures" looked at the filed copy from attorney show the applicant signatures were present. Anyone in this situation?

We received “ additional evidence” and RFE was for medical + Birth certificate secondary evidence was insufficient

any time soon bro with 3 months to 6 months medical , bio and some have to be completed

In my circle about 90% of people after 2010 dates did downgrade. About 100% of mesthri kinda koolies. Only few full time companies didn't allowed it. 

WITCH companies starting lo cheyyaledu annaru. But later they also did it ani vinna. 

I expect eb3 downgrade numbers to be big.

It's pure luck and random. I know many early 2010 date people whose dates became current months back and still haven't got any updates yet.

downgrades eb3 2012 mid varaku effect vundadhu. 2013 nundi big numbers vuntadhi eb3 lo.

 eb3 is best way to get GC soon for pd before 2012
