Move on ...find another job . Severance package ekkuva naku telisi ivvaru as you already left . Endukochina tala noppi and roju suthi pressure.  E company kakapote inko company. You werent silent and you conveyed what happened. Inka chapter close. Miku ego satisfy ayyi untundi now.  End it here.

Also, vellipoyina resource kosam unna resource mida action usually tesukoru tesukunna subtle untundi. Take it easy inka.

Yeah plus that is dependent on company policy.

Idi naa ego satisfaction kosam cheyale, I felt I was wronged and didn't deserve it so just sent an email to the HR explaining my side of things. She felt that I was actually right, and told me that the people in that company sometimes don't know how to convey what they want best, she mentioned that they weren't aware of how things work in the outside world as most of the directors had been there for 15-20 years in a bubble pretty much.

I don't want anyone to take any action, I got nothing personal against the director. It's just not a right place for me, but I wanted them to accept the way they went about this was wrong which they had done. That's I guess what I wanted mainly. Job idi kakapothey inkoti

Update on this issue:

HR reached out to me today after I sent her a lengthy email detailing everything that happened during my employment at the company. She accepted that the director was at fault here and that sometimes they aren't the best at conveying what they would need, said they are willing to take me back.

But nene alochistunnanu now it's kinda personal because the director probably never expected me to fight back and complain to the HR about my thoughts but since I have done that now, he's in the red and in the spotlight for the wrong reasons now. However, ippudu nenu tirigi vellina I feel he will try to target me more and point me in the negative whenever and wherever possible since it's a personal thing for him now onwards.

I am thinking I will ask the HR to put me in a different team with a different reporting structure if they have a role similar to this, if they don't and can't do that then see if they could pay me more severance. My future in this company is non existent anyway as 1) The director I reported to has been working here since 23 years and I am sure even the other team members are going to side with him over a newbie like me (2) Most of the other directors and such are also people that have been here for 15-20 years, mostly antha musali thellollu so they will support each other (3) the tech stack is outdated and it won't help my career, I have already started looking for other opportunities and got a few interviews setup already. Is it best to just move on? That's what I think I would like to do. Suggest what you feel.

@RedThupaki@Amrita@Shameless  @Sarvapindi

@zarathustrabro...my sincere suggestion would be to move on with your next adventure...initially everything might seem good even if you move to a different department but don't forget that the past will be ever forgotten...it's common that people will be looking for a chance and I am sure your old manager won't stay quiet...it can be ego or pride issue with him...

after I was laid off from my company last year, I begged them that I will do anything to keep my job and in the current situation with COVID and with my H1B, I can't find work right away, but the last conversation with them was really worse targeting me...so I left everything on GOD and my wife suggested to not to beg anyone and was next to me during my hard times...eventually I found work and 2 months ago I received an email from the HR of my old company that they want to offer me a senior role with 40% more pay and benefits...fortunately which I rejected and I am happy now...%$#$

there is something better waiting for your bro...Again, it's your decision and it's your life...

Had to quit a job I joined on March 1st today.

No knowledge transfer, no mention of what expectations they had. Totally manual process where no one responds to your email even if you were to follow up with them multiple times, and no colleagues except the director who I report to. Even he gets frustrated if I ask him any questions for clarification, says I expect you to figure it out.

Ee opportunity kosam left other better chances, just because they offered me this job first.

Sometimes luck turns out that way, hope I will use this as lesson learned and move on.

Depressing reality but time to swallow the bitter pill

You did the right thing , Full time jobs lo inherent risk idi . We should just be prepared for this scenario . Ofcourse this becomes a complicated problem if the offer is crazy with stock options and all , you dont like it , but money is very good . In that case its tough to judge whether to wait for an year or so and see if it gets better or jump . This can happen with very big companies also . Recently i gave KT to a full time guy at a very big client . The full time guy who joined is very nice and capable guy . But this will be his life's biggest mistake . And its not easy for him to say fck it i will leave , because of the brand name of the company , so he will be stuck there , trying to make it work and atleast his next 2-3 yrs will be horrible . This company also doesn't pay well , but its just the brand name

Super ideal scenario is - you join as contractor and you like it and then you convert to full time .

Baa don’t feel bad, I was exactly on the same boat 2 years back where one very small client took me and made me work day and night and fired me within 1.5 months, I literally worked 18 hrs a day and still they fired me and I felt bad.. after that I rejected many offers when I google them and find out that they are not big clients..

life is a learning baa, there are good days and bad days. Just enjoy the process and never work even for a single hour in a day by killing the time for yourself. Fck this jobs and clients, end of the day be happy and that’s the only thing which matters coz you come alone and go alone..

impressing your boss or others is BS coz they won’t come to your grave.

"one very small client "  - This is a danger word . Again , vaadi tappu ledu and there could be exceptions to this rule . But imagine if you are a small company , and you will take only if you have the need 200% . And they try to extract the maximum from you . Soemtime we think small company , I will work day and nght and grow , but unfortunately that is also not a guarantee . Because when you go to the next job interview , it is tought o convey to them that you did wonders . If you work for some big company and even if you sit idle , that will be a diff weightage

ofcourse all of this applies only in current environment , where the market is hot , if you dont have many opportunities . pedda chesedem ledu , take whatever you get but keep searching

Deadly mistake - Unless you have nothing in hand and want to use this while you find a new job , that is ok , Else it is a huge mistake .

I don’t care what company wants when am a contractor, so clients don’t give a shi-t and contractors also shouldn’t give a shi-t and immediately move to other jobs when clients are facing budget issues and they are pilla Jaffa clients or implementation partners who try to squeeze max
