My question applies to all states & every citizen. MH was just as an example I took.  U r more worried abt so called “credit” marks rather than understanding the real situation - they r politicians, they’ll try to get brownie points no matter what & it’s fckng common all over the world & modi is not exceptional. 
 

i am not asking this question to states all of a sudden now, I kept telling we cannot blame one govt - it should be ppl’s responsibility more than relying on any govt. it’s as simple as that.
