Need suggestion on I 140 filing

Hello friends, 

I have got my I 140 with Employer A long time back with the priority date as Feb - 2013 and now I am with Emp B and got my perm approval yesterday, So the immigration team is asking me  In which category (EB2 or EB3) I want them to file the I 140" ?

Any thoughts/Ideas/Suggestions please ?

Kudrithe rendu file cheyamanu bro both eb2 and eb3 it is possible (worst case oka daniki ninnu dabbulu adugutaru)

mmot sure on that ma collegue ki rendu approve ayavi, in case doubt unte stagger cheyamanu one after the other

Y eb3? when you cannot even get EAD now as USCIS is not honoring the filing dates

If he does Eb3 he will have tough time to upgrade it to eb2 in future.

They will honor filing dates mostly , but as I said above eb2 munduki velochu rendu file xhesukovadam is the best bet by convincing employer

This is the response from the employer bhayya @csrcsr

So best bet is to file in EB2 kadha ? coz we can downgrade it easily if we wanted.. right ?

Hmm to hear bro , if he doesn't support 2nd petition will he support downgrade?? If that's needed in october apudu chetulu etheste?? At least a assurance adugu bro

same feeling bhayya.. @csrcsr : Em cheyaleni situation.. still having talks on the assurance part of eb3 downgrade.. will keep you posted.

Does your Job description like Bachelors with 5 plus ? I am also trying for two petitions Lawyer is ok with it..but company has to approve in my case.. also you are consult or FTE with client company..
