Most states are already barely paying salaries like kerala , punjab , bengal , AP , rajasthan , etc .

It takes a while to come up with a policy...financial constraints or action plan for uncertain times. Wait and watch..and then criticise, however you can find many loop holes irrespective.

nenu 3 days back already post chesaa.. upper class (this db) ni thidthu, expecting that Modi is gonna create a vaccine shortage in the open market by allowing corporates to hoard vaccines for their staff.

but little did I realise that he would throw a curveball, and fcuk the state govts too, and mess up all their plans for vaccine rollout..

so should states rollout vaccine programs on the anticipation of a future payout from the union govt? or should they go ahead like everything is gonna come out of their pocket and restrict the number of vaccines they offer for free?
