So, technically state will not pay for every vaccine kada.

Ayushman Bharat outlay is however 12,000 crores per year. More or less state outlay ledu ledu anna kuda 5k crores vuntadi..increasing allocations to such programs and additional contributions from unplanned or adjustments on future tax collections will cover the cost. They can figure it out later.
